If he can't get a midfield of Bird, Knight and Hourihane, and a super slick Didzy to keep possession of the ball in League 1 and make things tick, then he is in the wrong job. Why we resort to hoofball is beyond me. Just with the midfielder's at our disposal, surely it is in our interest to keep things on the ground, and play to their strengths. It's our strongest area.
