Boro are trying to extort money from us...simple as that. They feel we should pay him money to unblock the obstacle of exiting admin. He said he totally is and wants the Derby fans to know that and thats why they have broken cover today. He is interested in Derby as he is a "solution maker" and thinks he can make it successful.
