Yes one bidder but there hasn’t been a preferred bidder agreed even though there is noise about Appleby? And you would have expected a fair few in the running if the club was in a good position. Also, you’re assuming Appleby will put in an acceptable offer which would cover debts etc.

We’re not in a good position. Think that’s quite clear. If we were we’d be well on the way to exiting administration. But there cannot be any serious discussions with creditors until a preferred bidder is selected, and especially a preferred bidder that isn’t a time waster. The administrators have run a good process not falling into Wigan’s trap of putting all their eggs in one basket too early. Appleby has made the best offer, the others have fallen by the wayside. Now they can begin proper discussions with creditors to strike a deal which will result in agreement or a restructuring plan or a very small chance the creditors will stupidly not agree anything and get nothing. A deal is always better than no deal where both parties need something.

The creditors have just one choice .. to accept the best bid the admins are able to get or reject that bid and then the club is liquidated. .

If they reject the CVA I think the admins can restructure the exit so that ordinary creditors still get 25% despite no CVA and we continue as a club.

Nixon says no one can be announced till Boro case is done

there is no "Boro case"... unless DCFC/Admins have received official summons (or an  EFL order to appear before an IDC) recently, and nobody has told the press yet?

Last I heard, Boro were merely threatening to blah, blah, blah...  If they repeat/confirm that (mere) threat every day from here to eternity, does that mean DCFC will never be bought out?   ?‍♂️

Derby. Admins not in a position to pick a bidder just yet. Appleby/Moxey and chums waiting. Ashley late move talk won’t go away. However no deal to finalise until Middlesbrough/Wycombe claims put to bed.

Non Entity.

Was thinking actually, I'd have paid good money to see his face when a player whose loan he cut short last season scored that thunder bar steward in the last game against Sheff Wednesday.    Is he suing Roberts and Man City yet.  We must have lined up that move awful quick and no one told him.
