Especially now there’s only 4 teams on one side Spain, Belgium, Italy and now Switzerland (could’ve been France making up that group of 4). If Switzerland can navigate their way through that lot, I’d almost be happy to lose to them in the final. They’ll have done it the hard way. meanwhile, if we beat Germany. We’ve got Czech Republic, who we’ve already beaten once, vs Denmark, who lost 2 games in the group, some show managed to get through in 2nd by virtue of Belgium’s dominance, and were worse than all of the 3rd place qualifiers. And then we’ve got Sweden, who, to be fair to them, smashed their group, including Spain, or Ukraine, who also barely scraped past the group stage as the 4th best 3rd placer, having lost twice. the strongest team on our side if (big if) we beat Germany is Sweden. but then we all thought Iceland was a gimme.
