Geriatram
Not only are they at the bottom of the league, with some fans calling for Nigel Pearson to replace Brendon Rogers. They are now set to announce £119.5 million losses, the highest in the premier league. Crewton
They'll probably scrape their way out of the relegation zone eventually, but it would be nice if were to eventually go into Administration and finally get the points deductions they should have had in 2002 and 2015. It might teach them a bit of humility.

JfR
It's remarkable how quickly Leicester have gone from the example a lot of people pointed to on "how to run a club" to being seen as a complete mess. Crewton and Rammy03
Day
Massively overachieved, couldn't keep hold of their best players and haven't really replaced them with the quality to stay in contention for a European spot. Surprised to hear how much they have lost, thought the financial situation would have been more healthy given those departures. Crewton
Bris Vegas
Leicester’s problem is they are a small club. They simply haven’t generated the income to justify the wages they are paying their players. Teams like Everton, Villa, West Ham and Newcastle all generate far more both from match-day income and commercial income. Leicester can’t compete with those clubs, let alone the likes any of the top six. Leicester hiring Brendan Rodgers and pushing for the top four has cost them. In 2019 Leicester had an annual base salary of £85 million. Players like Vardy, Schmeichel, Maddison and Soumare on over £100,000 per week. For context Brighton have a base salary of just £35 million. Southampton is £40 million. Wolves £35 million. Everton and Villa at £60 million. Leicester have overspent big time on wages while their income has been lower than fellow midtable sides.

Higher than the four clubs you listed: West Ham (£214m), Everton (£205m), Villa (£186m), and Newcastle (£157m) BaaLocks

Higher than the four clubs you listed: West Ham (£214m), Everton (£205m), Villa (£186m), and Newcastle (£157m) Yeah they would have generated more from outside revenue such as league position prize money, the Europa League TV money and prize money, extra game revenue and sponsors. Not to mention they sold Harry Maguire in the summer of 2019 for £80m and Ben Chillwell in 2020 for £50m. That would have skewed their revenue. But when you then take into account the match-day revenue and wages, you can see why they are struggling. They have the 7th highest wage bill in the PL but their income is probably more in line with 14th - 15th.
