They can do one with their delays! It allows: - a PB to be appointed without ponying up a big deposit (because [MSD] lend a little more) - further negotiations with the 2 blackmailers - preparation of the application for the restructuring plan and maybe even the hearing. Except of course there are only two parties in that bed instead of between 5 and 10 to satisfy in this one. The other difference is that in the former circumstances you roll over and go to sleep, leaving her to her own devices. With DCFC that isn't an option and it goes on and on until one party or the other dies....... while the ever running cameras of the EFL film it all but do bugger all else..
