My thought is this, MM is refusing to sell/lease to CK due to the F Word name calling before Christmas. Ck doesn't like MMs treatment of the club and attitude but the best way to get it without directly dealing with MM is for the council to buy then lease it to CK. MM is waiting for the exclusivity for CK to run out, at which point he offers to sell the ground for an already arranged deal with MA. Stopping tge council from buying it and allowing MA to have it. It’s clear the issue is Morris, but there must be some talks going on somehow here behind the scenes to get through that - because if there was nothing we’d be getting a different story from Kirchner. The true best business deal.is to disolve the club, pick the ground up for £20m start at the bottom of Lg2 as a Pheonix club..... Debt free with a massive budget and back in the Championship in 2 years. Unfortunately that means we lose out titles and all honours.....
