We worry about that after the takeover and then if necessary make counter claims against the likes of Villa and QPR. But I think you will see a change that prevents this type of ? claim ever happening again…

Oh there will be change on a lot of fronts and we will be used as the example for a lot of things and yes we will be punished much more extremely than a lot of others.

Offer to Gibson

"Some £ but a public statement that there was no cheating, he was wrong to bring his action against DCFC, MFC accept they finished 7th in 2019 and that is regardless of any other issues, they were not good enough to be in the play offs, an apology for distress caused and an admission that his hair unfortunately resembles a form of brush, and, binding commitment to never criticise DCFC, dcfc's previous ownership or the penalties handed to DCFC by the EFL."

"We have made a very generous settlement offer to MFC which their owner has declined"

And did Debbie Jevons get sacked?

or resign in disgrace? What do you think?

any organisation that can appoint  Ridsdale onto its Board clearly doesn’t know the meaning of the word accountability.

That I don't know...When Ian Lenagan resigned as chairman of the organisation, Jevans was appointed interim chair in September 2018 She was elected chairperson in 2019.

She took a lot of flak concerning the EFL and the Non due dilligence of the "fit and propper ownership" of Bury, She was replaced by Parry, Most likely pensioned off with a wad of cash, Where is she now, Most like back somewhere on the Tennis Circuit ?‍♂️

Here's a piece from Steve Dale the then owner of Bury, But take with a pinch of salt his comments.

It tells you a lot when an organisation employes a person who was disqualified from being a director for some 7 years, Then put in a position of influence.

Certainly seems it would be worth the administrators, or someone connected with the club, checking whether there is any time limit on claims, and (if not) then mentioning the possibility at least. Perhaps asking Gibson if he thinks QPR owe us 2x the amount he is claiming from us, since we made the play-off final?

I assume the administrators know about the QPR issue although maybe they don’t !

I can’t wait for the outcome of the meeting and to know absolutely nothing more than we already do ??? such is the faith I have in all parties involved.

The minutes from the meeting will be

It was agreed that a further meeting will be held to arrange a date for a meeting to discuss possible timescales for further meetings.

It's an odd one

Steve Dale is very much not a credible witness, despite this it feels like some of what he says rings true with how we've been treated.

Just heard the MP on radio Derby and the outcome is as StrawHillRam has said above.
