Sorry if this has already been mentioned why is the stadium not being included in the sale?

This was always my concern that we end playing in a stadium we don't own at the mercy of whoever the owner is.

If this is an attempt by Morris to claw some more cash back for himself after dumping the club in administration then its disgraceful

it could be included. The price is the £20m mortgage,

The rent is £1.1m a year if we don't own it. Mel continues to pay the mortgage.

Now there’s been a bid could the administrators give the other interested parties a deadline?

Given the 1st feb deadline to show funding to the efl, if it that rolls up and bid is on the table, the admins would be obliged to take it I guess. So that gives a natural timeline to the other bidders.

EFL will be perfectly happy for someone to take the club with the claims. But it raises tricky issues as to how much capital the buyer need to show they have, because of the (reported) size of the claims

Nothing to do with EFL as they have said all along although Rick Parry was saying that no claim had gone forward on Tony Livesey on 5 Live Today which RD played

It was highly confusing as he said it was in arbitration with the EFL but didn’t know who the heads were as 1 missing

The admins told the fans groups yesterday that MM has agreed in writing to sell the stadium to the new owner - widely reported the price is £20m

Tell me about it!!

Mr Miggins up during the night for a visit to the bathroom which disturbs the cat who then comes to sit on the bed and purr and scratch loudly until someone gets up to feed him!

We all suffer!! ☹️

If we get out of this mess and it happens to another EFL club I will sign every petition and promote their cause relentlessly.

That’s how it should be. Banter and rivalry is part of the game but so is helping other clubs when/if they fall on tough times. The outpouring of support from other clubs has been great to see and very humbling.

There are two separate points.

1 The EFl has said that claims between clubs are what they are and EFl has no duty to intervene.

2 if claims exist when a club is purchased, EFl needs to determine the impact for funding purposes
