Chester40
The fact these exclusive insider updates seem to have no idea who is the preferred bidder is really confusing me.... Derby4Me, jimtastic56 and Gritstone Tup

I know nuffin
Now the telegraph reporting EFL want administrators to show they have the funds to finish the season. How does this tie in with preferred buyer being announced tonight or tomorrow. It fits with rowett wanting Sibley for nothing jimtastic56
Malty
So the EFL are questioning the integrity of the administrators as well now? My feeling is that this is just part of the due diligence and is magnifying the process unnecessarily. However why would Percy put his own integrity on the line by issuing the statement? i suspect all will be revealed tomorrow (the new 48hours). jimtastic56
MackworthRamIsGod
So the EFL have put a stumbling block in for a takeover and new signings. They just need to come out and say they want to ensure we are relegated before allowing the club to move on. jimtastic56

Eddie i was gutted at the time, but what a decision in the end, more shocked when they accepted Clough/Taylor resignations, and the fans spend 3 years tryinging to have them reinstated, players about to take strike action when Mackay the turncoat took the managers job, and in the end Forest benefited from Derby's board stupid decision, how many titles and European cups could we have won, but what days we had. RadioactiveWaste
It's nothing new or surprising. The club is in insolvency and wants to sign players and extensions - being asked "and can you pay for that?" Before the EFL agree to the contract is in line with their process for insovant clubs - and DCFC and the administrators know that.
