And no, the Rooney one doesn’t count as that was decided after you made your wrong statement. No, we’re still waiting. He did say that the first choice had slipped through the net - presumably this was Rafa. Then he said that the second choice was in a job, so that rules out Rooney. Could be Cooper or Terry. Someone else then let out a small snippet of information saying that the new man (or woman) had an ‘e’ in their name. I must say that this hasn’t helped much either. I think we are waiting until Dyche or Wilder gets the boot and then we’ll make our move.

There are no guarantees but someone with say Big Sams record is less of a risk and on paper has more chance of getting us out of this mess than rookie, untried with no managerial experience Wazza ? Again Jimbo can not argue with your reasoning mate the next two games are massive COYR

RamNut
Mel Morris introduces Derby County’s new manager - Big Brian “it was time for something different, something new”. Said Mel “Brian will work alongside Joe McClaren in a new look managerial duo”. ”Brian will be in absolute charge” said Mel” he will have final say on everything we’ve decided. “He’s a natural leader”. Kernow
Drastic action really is needed. We don't need fine tuning, we need a complete overhaul or else we'll sleepwalk to League One. It just makes it difficult when if you remove Rooney from the coaching staff, he'll still be at the club as a player. It's hard to not disrupt the club and the squad if you have to make a decision like that, so in a way our hands are tied. But we desperately need to clear out the coaching staff and get a new manager with different ideas. At the moment we don't have a manager, we don't have fans, we don't have desire, we don't have commitment, we don't have identity and we don't have passion. Add all that together and relegation is nailed on. If we don't change as much of that as possible, as soon as possible, then it may already be too late to turn things around. Why would he come and work here, increasingly looking like relegation, alongside the risk of being undermined by a DoF who everybody thinks is managing us anyway. StaffsRam
Ex-England Manager sat in the stands. 4 (and now 1) novice allowed to play at being a Manager while we try to fight our way out of a wet paper bag instead. Whoever is responsible for this situation needs to leave the club and never come back.
