Ladies and gents, neither climate change nor Adolf Hitler are quite in the spirit of this thread.
The Greg Wallace one was more controversial.

Greg Wallace is one of the most talented presenters on television and highly underrated.
The laughing emojis are not good enough to express my thoughts on this.

Drink Bass or Pedigree and go home when you've had enough.

When the sun comes out every body drives to Tesco/B&Q/Garden Centres instead of sitting in their garden enjoying the nice weather.

Reminded me from years ago when a guy would walk round the pub selling seafood snacks. While we were watching the England game he was standing in front of the television and someone shouted, get out of the way you shellfish b*****d.
What was that all about? Blokes walking round crowded pubs with trays of seafood snacks? I remember it being around late 1970's early 1980's?

Loved the old 70's Bruce Rioch chant. To the tune of "We'll keep the red flag flying high"
Hello hello, how do you do
We are the boys in white and blue
We love to sing we love to fight
We hate the boys in red and white
We'll sing a song of victory
We'll sing a song in harmony
The Villa fans will never mock
When they remember Bruce Rioch

Living in Uttoxeter i know a few Birmigham fans and on saturday i was lucky enough to be in the same pub as some of them as they got relegated.
I'd done a 15 mile charity walk from 0800 to 1230 and we went to my local, the Three Tuns in Utch for a buffet and drinks. The walk was in memory of a fellow Rams fan who passed last year with proceeds to Macmillan.
As we gathered in the pub some local brummies were there who i knew and their match was on telly.
I'd done the walk in a Rams shirt so was wearing it in the pub. As the game progressed and we saw that they were going down one of them came over and gave me a bit of stick cos of me Derby shirt.
I reminded him that my son had given him a good hiding 20 years previously and it would be embarassing for him to receive one from someone his dad's age!
His dad came over and dragged him back with profuse apologies.
I have zero reason to be sorry that Birmingham have gone down!

Former Premier League referee Mark Clattenburg has left his role with Nottingham Forest, saying his position has "become more of a hindrance than help" to the club.
Clattenburg said his role has caused "unintended friction between Forest and other participants".
"It has also led to the unmerited targeting of me, personally, by certain participants and pundits," he said.
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cg30l8em32no
What did Clattenburg expect from this role. I don't know anyone who thinks a club employing an ex ref to help them would end well.
The Greek does this kind of stuff with Olympiakos and thinks he can rig the game over here.
TBF, he;s just been fined 28,000 euros for abusing a ref over there so he probably thought it would be better to employ some fecker else to do it over here.

Stoke 0 Derby 1 League Cup Quarter-Final December 2008 against Tony Pulis' giants in the freezing unfinished Britannia Stadium. 5,000 Derby fans roared on a tremendous defensive display rewarded with a last minute penalty in front of us. Pure, unadulterated joy.

With a heavy heart, I've let my two go, even though I honestly believe them to be the best pair of seats in the stadium, excluding the South Stand.
Top row of the SW corner, the last two seats before the SS.
Fantastic view of the overall game, you can really see how both teams have set up and the options available throughout the match, they should probably film games from up there to help with coaching.
Really good atmosphere up there too, and you can sit or stand as you please without bothering anyone else. There's even a barrier to rest against when standing, or bang your hand against to make some noise.
SWU-E, Row Y, Seats 775-776.
Whoever gets them, enjoy!
"With a heavy heart, I've let my two go,"
So sorry to hear that Rev. Hope everything is ok with you and yours mate.

This is a very funny thread, although brings back some bad memories of my own.
I took my kids to Butlins Minehead just after I broke up with the first Mrs I-Ram, so 20 years ago. I paid for a ‘Silver’ chalet, as Gold was too expensive. Jesus what a s******* it was. Mouldy shower, terrible dirty paintwork and carpet, and mattresses that when uncovered looked like they might have at some stage been used in an autopsy. It did make me wonder what you got for Bronze, presumably something akin to Alexei Navalny‘s final cell. I did get a discount after much discussion, and me sharing photos with them as to what I was going to send to the press, but we left on day 4 of 7 anyway. After 4 days of a nauseating and annoying young Stephen Mulhern, my ex-wife didn’t seem quite as bad after all.
Took the grandkids there last year for 4 nights and it was ok tbh.
We had a private caravan on the site which was modern, clean and comfortable in a decent area near the lake. The pool was great with excellent slides for the kids and the weather was kind so we used the beach most days as well.
The downside was a nauseating and annoying middle aged Stephen Mulhearn!

Could be Pontins at Prestatyn in the 80's. Worst week ever. I still bear the scars. Quite literally -12 stiches from standing on a broken bottle.
We went to Prestbelsen in the 80's. The swimming pool was shut all week because someone had shat in it the morning we arrived. You had to get a bus from our caravan to the main "entertainment" block as it was a mile walk and we had whinging toddlers in a double buggy.

The 4 year contract was a bold move by David Clowes, its paid off, they'll be a nice bonus for Warne and his staff i should imagine so no need to do anything just yet.
Sage touched on it above, its a different task for Warne than it was with Rotherham. Derby fans will expect more than just fighting to stay up, Thats not being entitled, its just how it is, Derby are capable of competing with half the Premiership in terms of fan base, stadium, training facilities etc so of course Clowes will not want a relegation fight and probably expect a go at the play offs in the second year.
I would be more than happy with a solid top half finish, no major brush with relegation and build for the following season. I think Clowes would be as well.
