You sound like a genuinely interesting and fascinating man. I’d like to find out a little more about you; What was your mothers maiden name? Your first school? And first pets name. And, I’d really love to see a pic of a real Barclays premium debit card- any chance you could just take a pic please and DM it. Thanks!

Hasn't Q failed in terms of not giving the fans enough information and I've not seen any information from them to the fans about the process.
I think we’d all agree they’ve done a great job. I personally have been pleasantly surprised at how quickly things have moved forward - just like they said we fans would be a few months ago.

Maybe MM has finally given up control.
Yes. He’s moved on. Looking for a short term lease of Bethan Lee, I heard. A very short term lease.

Clearly fancies playing golf with Gareth Bale.

Has there been any sort of progress today?
Yes.
Fewer puns and memes.
So, not necessarily good progress.

hang on, who said he'd failed the anti laundering checks? For all you know, his money is still held up and he just gave up to allow the club to move on.
I’m still not sure he ever transferred any money. And, if he did, it would be a surprise if he pulled the money back.
My view is he apparently has issues that we all know about in paying people in his existing businesses (and perhaps bigger financial problems) and because of this he got cold feet and needed an out. Which, in this instance was the ‘money laundering checks’- that are very, very difficult to disprove.
It was also some time ago that he ceased communicating with fans too. Why was that? Again, I think the ‘cold feet’ argument applies here too.
As always, happy to be proven wrong.

Kirchner was a tyre kicker. Owns a global logistic business but apparently couldn’t transfer what is actually a very small sum of money in the world of international transfers.
Yeah right.
There wasn’t any apparent issue recently when the new American Chelsea owners shipped over their *billions* to buy that club.

So yesterday, our font of all knowledge and information, Nixon, said that today would be critical for CK's bid.
Still nothing.
Yes. His bid is in critical condition in intensive care.

It’s interesting from the perspective of who would Rooney replace him with? It’s worth remembering that Rosenior was never really Rooneys appointment (or that’s how it appeared at least), and although they looked like they worked well together, this could give Rooney the opportunity to stamp his mark on the club even more. If he stays, of course.

quite bizarrely a colleague of mine has suggested that fans of other clubs, namely Macclesfield and Bury, maybe others, are angry that EFL are "HELPING", yes, Helping Derby County! ?
I bet the Derby Junction fans can’t wait to stick their oar in too.

“The best interests of the EFL” is the issue here. Are they suggesting that Q aren’t exactly working up a sweat to get this job done? Or have they seen another chance to complete their agenda, and drive us into liquidation? After all, the only realisable assets are the player’s registrations, which have to be sold for a reasonable amount, which goes into the EFL’s pockets. So its win, win for them.
I think the opposite. It’s dawning on the EFL that liquidation is a possibility and they have played their part in kicking the club repeatedly when it’s down (whether justifiably or not). As I said on a previous post, if DCFC were to fold, the EFL as a governing body will be toast, as will all other UK football governing bodies, and their rules and practices in future will be subject to far greater government oversight.
My belief is therefore that the EFL are acting in self preservation.

No, he’s just rude.
In all seriousness, he will feel that he doesn’t need to justify or explain his actions to us fans just because he hasn’t purchased the club. Nor will he. As far as he’s concerned, I’m sure it’s just a business deal that didn’t happen.
