When we start relying on favours from other clubs or hoping for results is when it starts going downhill… Shouldn’t be looking for favours in this standard of football . But the extra few days rest is a big bonus for our older players . Mucker1884 and r_wilcockson 1

Kernow
Portsmouth just need to avoid defeat at Bolton and they’re essentially up. Hopefully that goes in our favour and we can capitalise at home to Orient. Combine that with a win at Wycombe and I’m hoping we can build a gap of 6 points with 2 to play, but Bolton will still have a game in hand at that point. All set up to go into the last day 3 points clear where avoiding defeat at home to already relegated Carlisle will see us up, what could go wrong there? Ramarena
It’s much closer than I’d like, but the most important thing is it’s still in our own hands. COYR LeedsCityRam, r_wilcockson, Caerphilly Ram and 3 others 4
TomTom92
The most important match this next week is Bolton v Portsmouth. If Bolton win that the i think they’ll pip us to the post. Topram and r_wilcockson 1
MackworthRamIsGod
For what its worth, I think we will lose to Wycombe and win the last 3, finishing on 88 points. It could, just, be enough. Need Pompey to do a job on them. Ramarena and jimtastic56 1

Mckram
I don’t see us losing to Wycombe and if we do then it will be a disaster. They don’t play until 4:30pm tomorrow. They should be putting everything in to that game against a very athletic Peterborough side. We play them 72 hours later where they’ll just about be sobering up or they’ll be downbeat. Either way they won’t fancy a game Wednesday night and will probably be planning their summer holiday. Wycombe is a must win in my eyes. We can’t give Bolton the incentive that if they beat Portsmouth they could go above us. robglosta
Hopefully not third… Be interesting to know how often the team placing 3rd end up going up via the play offs (and countering the anguish of missing out on autos). jimtastic56
