I think they're absolutely s******* themselves now their pursuit of Derby is looking like it could prove terminal, so they are desperately trying to position Q as the villains of the peace and hoping everyone will forget their role in this whole, sorry debacle. This. Rick Parry will be desperate not to be blamed if we go under. He is personally responsible for his failure to deal with Gibson's spurious claim. Cowardly and unprofessional behaviour which will never be forgiven. Indyram, Oldben, Mostyn6 and 25 others 17

Never forgiven, nor forgotten; EFL yet again showing mastery of false messaging and accusatory finger-pointing. They are showing their panic in the only way they know - to shift the blame. They delayed and deferred many processes which damaged DCFC for 2.5 years, as if MM & Pearce's stupidity and 'creativity' weren't enough to mortally would the club. We will mount a huge witch-hunt and media assault if DCFC dies, to turn the spotlight on these incompetent custodians of the League. We'll do it anyway: we're Derby County, we'll fight to the end! Permanent middle-finger and worst wishes too upon the parasite clubs ? uttoxram75, GB SPORTS, jono and 6 others 4 1

If that is the case surely efl can go to the FA and say we need your help. The administrators are not doing anything of the sort, there is a judicial process that has to be followed and the EFL cannot interfere with that. I dont see a further loan putting off bidders as if it was that much of a concern they would bid enough now. Also, they would have covered the cost of the season themselves anyway so any loan would be what they would have already paid, maybe just with abit of interest on top which imo they deserve to pay for making this drag out and not just bidding. If they take another loan out all it is doing is adding debt on to debt therefore the bidders will have to pay more to get the club out of administration, it seems like the debt is already too high. jimtastic56

MM has pulled the plug and our club owes somewhere in the region of £70m. If the clubs listed above had their owners pull the plug that is what they would owe. Just correcting the poster that was saying our debts are the highest ever seen in the Championship, they are not even close. At the point of entering administration, we owed c£193m. That is the direct comparison with the above list. OK, it seems from the administrators update that Mel hasn't claimed the £123.4m, but that doesn't mean it didn't exist, nor that the owners of the other clubs wouldn't do something similar if they went into admin. To compare our £70m with Stoke's £230m is comparing apples to oranges - they are two different things. alram
