The only other charity that I can see at a glance is Derby County Community Trust but they are somehow inextricably linked in with the club, so this amount could be a paper debt, of core funding not yet paid, of course.

That's quite a big amount, well over £100k.

All that I can say is well done everyone who has donated to this cause, it’s a shame that our previous regime didn’t deem it necessary to cover the debts accrued…. shameful

Well done for those settling the monies from this debt. Can anyone suggest an NHS charity and start a just giving page for that . Happy to donate anonymously for that as the NHS may lose out on its share of the unpaid tax bill.

Now outside monies (to the debt) have been raised should St Johns Ambulance withdraw their claim against DCFC or does that sit in place?

No, it won't make a scrap of difference to DCFC and the SJA may still get 35p in the £ for their debt.

They won’t get anymore than 25% anyway and I think they are still legally entitled to as much of it from the club as they can get.
