Assuming that we will need a new manager and assuming that we want to play a nice attractive style of football and promote the youth in addition to having promotion on a CV and someone who can communicate with the media and the fans then I would like to see Nigel Atkins 

if people don’t want that then we might as well give the potential job to

haven't really bothered reading most of the thread so apologies if he's already been suggested but how about Ryan Lowe from Bury?  Plays a quick passing, pressing style, did wonders with getting them promoted under very difficult circumstances, and I can't imagine Bury would ask too much in the way of compensation...
