I remember playoffs 1994 before the internet was invented. A mate and I drove 3 hours from Ipswich to Derby, queued at the ticket office, bought tickets and drove 3 hours straight home!

For what it's worth, if you know someone who's successfully got tickets and they're still logged in, they can go straight back in and buy more. I bought 4 for me, then went back in and bought 3 more for some family members while they're still sat in the queue.

chose the block - it's all the same category. If there's more than one category in a block, you can choose the price banding

I’m under the impression that that won’t work, because as well as needing a fan ID to buy 2 tickets (per ID) during general sale, that ID has to have a purchasing history to qualify. 

That’s how I understand it, rightly or wrongly?

Ensure you're logged in.

If it's still grey, you probably don't meet the criteria for phase 1.

Got my two tickets, was 481 in the queue but all seats in the two blocks either side (103/104) and (119/120 - I think) sold out bar disabled access. Something very suss going on! Block 110 sold out

3 tickets sorted, Come on you Rams. Got a panic on when the button stayed grey, but just hit the tickets button again and it's sorted.
