We need Given. All those years in Tyne and Wear at Newcastle means he takes the necessary position of Waghorn interpreter.

No it wasn’t, Sarri was literally sat in a bar watching Sky Sports News in Italy and watched someone take his job and was understandably fuming. 

Chelsea still had to pay compensation for him.

In fact, it’s fairly common place in Italy. That’s why you’ll see managers ‘rejoin’ clubs frequently over there, because they’re still under contract and have been merely told to stay away.
