I wonder if Chris Kirchner is having a sly look at the forum every now and again. ?

He is here on a voluntary basis now I understand , stepped away from the paid role. Could be wrong though
That’s the impression I was under. I was sure he stepped down from his consultancy role to help protect other jobs. Probably mistaken mind. ?

What are the hurdles and a new one?
The new one is Wycombe have hit Quantuma with writ today in an attempt to sue us for their relegation last season. They are saying we should have been relegated and want around 6 million in TV money.
In my opinion, if that’s their issue shouldn’t they be taking that up with the EFL ?
Hope Quantuma tell them to take a hike.

As you can see from some of the comments above, there are still a number of fans who would prefer us oldies, women and children to stay away.
I am on the verge of packing it in too.
Do you think it might be worth contacting the SLO (if we still have one) expressing your feelings ?
It’s a sad day when, and I include KathCairns in this, long standing supporters of the club feel uncomfortable about attending games due to the behaviour of people who supposedly support the same team. ?

Better second half. Awful first half . 8 draws. Not making any ground . Really need a couple of back to back wins to shake this up. Then it gets a bit more interesting and gives us a small buffer if we lose 9 points . shame Peterborough scored late on.
Agree with all the points you make but I’m impressed with the resilience we’ve discovered that just wasn’t there last season. I think we probably would have lost this game today with last season’s mentality.
Just need that little bit of luck that’ll turn a draw into a win to give the lads a shot in the arm and the management team just reward for their positivity this season.

I spotted it early in his tenure, but I used to get shot down in flames most of the time for being critical of Morris back then. Most saw him as some sort of Messiah.
I did. Fell hook, line and sinker as well. Fair play to you for calling it. Turns out he wasn’t the Messiah he was just..well, full of it basically.

If he’s serious about still having a career, he could have used us to put himself in the shop window to move on to bigger and better things. Clubs are hardly queuing up for his services are they ?
18 thousand quid a month and it’s not quite what he fancies ? A good kick up the arse and a reality check is what he needs.

But Parry doesn’t see it like that Leeds Ram. He see’s himself as Billy Big Bolleau And someone not to be messed with. It would massage his ego no end. (In my opinion)

I would also point out that I had absolutely no problem with the overspending by Mel (however wasteful) when I'd assumed that he was personally paying for it. Putting in on the clubs tab was never mentioned.
Neither did I, I thought it was marvellous. But then I also thought he was an astute and responsible businessman and owner who would do nothing to jeopardise the very existence of the club.
Morris really did hoodwink me, I never liked Rush, or Rowett, come to that, and posted to that effect from very early in their tenures with us so, there I was, congratulating myself on being able to spot a wrong ‘un a mile off and Morris actually reminds me, in fact, I’m not all that after all.

Pay on the day...and right up to kick off. How quaint. And a great idea for a club strapped for cash to imitate.

Maybe they weren’t but Newcastle is to Bruce what Chelsea is to Lampard and I think most managers would leave a club for the opportunity to manage “their” club.

I like the cut of his jib to be honest. Yeah, maybe he should blank Notts bozo’s on his Twitter account or just give them a “pfft” or something but I think I’d prefer him around the club than Jez Moxey & Rush.
