Any idea how to set the customer number up in the first place?
You have to register each individual family member via this link https://www.dcfc.co.uk/customer/register thus creating a new fan ID and then when you go to allocate the tickets you’ve selected, make a note of the new fan ID’s and you’ll be able to assign them.
As others said, you have to also use alternative emails which is annoying.
Had to do the same for my Dad and nephew when purchasing tickets for the Stoke game.

Does anybody know who assists Pat Lyons with the u23's? The guy I'm trying to put a name to is in his 40's/50's, rotund, bit of a beard and not much hair up top.
Bucko isn't it?

Has anybody been successful in buying Stoke tickets on general sale? I have 3 separate Fan IDs, all assigned to the correct tickets but it says we are not entitled to any tickets at this stage? Any help would be much appreciated!
Update: The tickets have now seemingly gone through when assigning the fan ID's, so it's probably worth another go this morning if you're still not sorted @Black Country Ram

I’m having the exact same issue when trying to assign 3 separate fan ID’s.
Not a clue what the problem is as I managed to follow the same process for the Huddersfield game successfully.
The going back and forth via email/Twitter/phone calls makes me just not want to bother in all honestly.

Almost a brilliant first half performance.
After riding our luck a couple of times from misplaced passes from Jags and Davies, we gained complete control of the game and went ahead courtesy of a devastating counter attack.
Cracking finish from Lawrence, assisted by Fozzy, who on another day probably sees red for the stamp on Zinckernagel.
Decision making in the final 3rd has been questionable at times, but you have to feel more chances are there for us if we want them. Forest are a wounded animal and it’s pivotal we take advantage of that in the 2nd half.

Are the extended highlights up for membership holders?
Can’t find them anywhere on the website and I’m sure I read on Twitter last night that they usually go up at 1am.

Chris Kamara on Sky is either pished or having a stroke. Hope it's the former.
He’s recently been diagnosed with Hypothyroidism, which makes him suffer with slurred speech and memory loss.

Had “Peschisolido 11” as a kid on the 04/05 shirt accompanied by the Coca-Cola Football League badges on both sleeves.
Must've cost an arm and a a leg for my parents!

Max Bird take a bow. What a performance! My MOTM by a country mile.
Jagielka and Davies we’re both immense at the heart of the defence.
Baldock ran himself into the ground which must’ve took some doing with his lack of fitness/first start.
Delighted for the coaching staff, players and supporters that made the journey up. They made some noise in that away end and did themselves proud.
Put that amount of effort and attacking intent in most weeks and we’ll give ourselves a real chance to avoid danger this season. ?

We’ll live to regret all of these chances we’ve not taken, no doubt about it.

How terribly sad.

Harrison Foulkes has been superb! Single handedly kept us in the game so far. Where did he come from?

Now is time for Mel Morris to face the music and admit defeat to the EFL.
We CANNOT end the window with this squad of players. Threadbare, inexperienced and totally out of its depth. Additions are desperately needed.
Peterborough would’ve been picked off 2 or 3-0 by any other competent Championship side after they had conceded the 1st. Unforgivable.
Take the points deduction and deal with it head on. This constant limbo is crippling.
We’re good as down if nothing changes between now and September 1st.
Picture where you, and your knee are now.

Yep, nothing but friendly folk down there.
Makes a nice change from the city life whenever we go down for a long weekend away to visit. We often ponder the idea of moving down there permanently one day.
Enjoy the rest of your trip!
