Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s up there talking Brian Clough’s ear off. I have been joking with family that Daniel now plays subutteo every match day 😂

It is B4’s Dad (as far as we’re aware, we did get a new milkman around the same time though 😂)

Thank you to everyone who was able to attend the funeral, give a final clap, or held Daniel in your thoughts today. It was a send off he would have been proud of. I could picture what his reactions would have been the day. He would definitely have approved, particularly of the buffet 😄

For those who are giving Daniel a final clap/wave tomorrow. The cortège will be setting off from my parents at 10:15am. It’s usually a 5-10 minute drive to Pride Park. Expecting to pull in by the main entrance for 9:25am 💗

It feels surreal coming on here and having so many other people ‘get’ Daniel and also feeling his loss. I’m having a bad day today with it hitting home that he’s gone. It’s a bit less lonely hearing others speak about him 😢

@Mucker1884 Would it be ok to use your poem in the funeral service? Also, what is your name to add to it? 

I’ve asked my parents to confirm the time the cortège will be at Pride Park. Will let you all know when I have the answer. As the funeral is at 11:00am, I would guess 10:20ish. The cars will stop outside the main entrance for a few minutes before setting off. 
 

Thank you again to everyone for your kindness and love for Daniel. It’s been lovely getting to know people and even meeting a few in person. All the messages and laughs have really kept me going during this awful time ❤️🐏❤️

That’s good going. The hubby isn’t allowed to touch some decorations - far too clumsy. This is my favourite decoration 🤣
