EFL Awards 2024

Our nominees:

NML - League One POTS

Dajaune Brown - League One Apprentice of the Season.

I’m surprised Ferguson is nominated for manager of the year, and Cashin must play badminton, or some other sport, because I don’t know how he hasn’t got a nomination for young player.

2 Peterborough defenders nominated, they must concede barely any goals

3 less goals than Cheltenham, who are 3rd bottom. 13 more than us.

Surely someone from Lincoln must be included?

Think I read that Lincoln are best side in Europe, results-wise.

Also think they have had a good second half to season,,first was dodgy.

If Mousinho doesn't win L1 manager of year award...well there will be

questions in parliament! I will set up my own inquiry! HAS to be him....

shirley,

Not surprised Warne didn't get a nod, when a good proportion of Derby fans don't think he's up to much...

I wouldn’t necessarily expect him to be nominated either, but I don’t get why Ferguson has either.

It’s all a bit irrelevant as Mousinho will win it, but still.

Because he's smarter than Warne and always resigns or gets sacked before Peterborough are actually relegated each time?

  • 2 weeks later...

Peterborough are outperforming initial expectations this season. They didn’t expect a serious promotion push this year - they were expecting to blood the youngsters they’d had to bring in to their side. The fact they’re the best attack in the division and are third favourites for promotion with 2/3 games left is an over achievement.

Evans is horrible but Stevenage are massively over performing this season too.

Weird that Cash isnt short listed mind.
