Even an injury to Mcgoldrick for 2-3 weeks and you've got Collins with no other option to bring on. Someone like Wickham. Did well in a poor Forest Green side. Wages can't be above £12k including bonuses. It's a very difficult market for us, which is why It's annoying to see Derby fans pile on Collins when really we should be very grateful we have a player of his ability at our club in our current state - not hammering for not being as good as we're used to. I thought we were light up front when he was here but now he's gone it looks critical. No way Collins and mcgoldrick stay fit through to the seasons end and surely need an alternative when things need changing in tight games.
