I would suggest the ones chucking plastic chairs outside the Harvester, letting off a smoke bomb in the concourse and throwing beer over each other may also be classed as penis's, God, I'm getting old....... Given that as a 64 year old female, I was very thoroughly searched, both my person and my bag, before I gained entry to the stadium at Stoke, I am amazed how these smoke bombs are getting into the ground. Not as daft as it sounds - I got talking to some geriatric ex-members of the Naughty Forty in a pub a couple of years ago - I wouldn't have put such behaviour beyond them even though most of them were late 60s at least.
