                         Marshall
            Wisdom Davies Clarke
Byrne                                         Buchanan
                    Bird   Shinnie

         Knight   Lawrence  Jozwiak

With the front 3 rotating; I think it's this.

What I hope it is:

                       Marshall
    Byrne  Davies  Clarke  Buchanan
                    Bird  Shinnie
    Knight        Lawrence      Jozwiak
                        Wisdom

?

5 at the back with Max Bird and Shinnie in there as well. What’s the point in Hector-Ingram being in the squad if he’s never going to start? That said if we poohouse a win I won’t care because that’s what’s important tonight. But would’ve been nice to come out swinging.

Who says we won't?

Lawrence as a false 9?

This was obvious once the Austin/Davis/Dursun deals couldn’t get completed.

It could work well but it’d be much better if Knight wasn’t forced to play out of position and there was more of a fluid front 3.

When is Ibe going to be ready? And how long is Sibley out for? Any news?

Ibe is playing in the U23s on Friday (as is Bielik). Possibility Sibley might make the first team bench on Friday.

Is Dean Moxey not available?

I’ll never forget a rainy Tuesday evening at Deepdale under Clough, watching Dean Moxey jog around manfully up front as we battled for a 0-0 draw

A bit of me died that evening

Doesn't make sense to have 3 strikers on the bench... surely rotate them if they are not fit enough, eg start one and replace with another at half time. Worried...

I'd expect they've determined they have 30 minutes or so in them. We will see one or both around 60 minutes.
