Is that what happened?

Hard to see why they would count that as an own goal…. To me he would have to actually kick or throw the ball into his own net.

My all time favourite example of a keeper own goal... Just after the 1 min mark...

A Chris Martin penalty and a Tomasz Kusczcak own goal were enough to give Derby a 2-1 lead over Brighton in the first leg of their playoff semi-final

Just the 17 goals and eight assists this season……. Quite right best forgotten

Thought you were on about him but didn't think Plymouth were playing. My mistake, forgot the FA Cup was on! 🫣

Whittaker has actually done very little this evening. Cue winner please

He set up their two best chances and put in the ball that lead to their equaliser. No service to him as Leeds have been pretty dominant most of the game.

He needed to be on the end of his own passes. Collo could show him

Was that the game we won 2-1 without getting a shot in target (penos font count on the stats).

Look how often the top 7 play each , Hopefully this is right...

Pompey (5 matches out of 15 = 33%) -
Oxford (h)
Peterborough (a)
Barnsley (h)
Rams (h)
Bolton (a)

Derby (4 matches out of 16 = 25%)-
Stevenage (h)
Barnsley (a)
Bolton (h)
Pompey (a)

Bolton (6 matches out of 18 = 33%) -
Barnsley (a)
Oxford (h)
Rams (a)
Stevenage (a)
Pompey (h)
Peterborough (a)

Peterborough (4 matches out of 17 = 23.4%)-
Stevenage (h)
Portsmouth (h)
Oxford (a)
Bolton (h)

Barnsley (3 matches out of 17 = 18%) -
Rams (h)
Bolton (h)
Pompey (a)

Stevenage (3 matches out of 18 = 17%)
Derby (a)
Peterborough (a)
Bolton (h)

Oxford (2 matches out of 16 = 12.5%)
Pompey (a)
Bolton (a)

Plenty to take from those stats….

Posh playing their few games mostly at home- but their pitch is crap like ours at the moment so that might not help them…

Bolton lots of games as expected…

Bottom line is that it’s all to play for and there will be many twists and turns….and we MUST beat Bolton at home and certainly not lose away at Pompey…

Maybe they have not been beating all the teams they should be beating if they want to go up? That's right folks, other teams do this too!

They are really missing Kioso at FB who was recalled by Rotherham during the window … u could almost make up a conspiracy theory here with PW using his old Rotherham contacts and asking them to do us a favour by screwing over Posh 😃

Thread somewhere about who we think will be there end of season. I had Leyton Orient as an outsider they’re on a great roll. Not long after we tonked  them

They really look a decent bet for sneaking into the top 6 on current form. Very good defensively right now .

Still to play all of the top 8 except Pompey and Bolton. Even if they don't quite make it, they could still have a big impact on who gets autos, and you wouldn't fancy playing them if they do make the playoffs.

I'm just imagining when Colin rocks up at Aberdeen "Right lads, we're going to stop all this pretty nonsense and go back to hacking, whining, playing for set pieces and conning the ref"

😁

Neil Warnock reserved a special mention for Rangers ball boys at Ibrox after the defeat for Aberdeen in Glasgow.

The interim manager - appointed until the end of the season - had his first taste of Scottish football in the dugout in the 2-1 defeat.

And in his post-match interview, Warnock delivered a bizarre Rangers ball boy quip as he asked: "Who teaches them?"

The Aberdeen boss referenced the ball boys as he reflected on the latter stages of the match with Rangers down to ten men and the visitors pushing for a late leveller.

Warnock said: "At the end you've got the ball boys adding five minutes on, haven't you?

"They were really tuned in, don't give it them back, make the climb over the wall.

"Who teaches them at Ibrox, do they have their own teachers?"

Oh he'll learn soon enough....
