Michael Owen at 5:45 highlighting the importance of having a system, and buying players for that system. And if it’s a struggle at first, all that does is expose the poor players who you replace with better ones for your system. Pep and Klopp both did it after struggling first seasons in charge. United on the other hand have gone for a scattergun approach and they don’t know how to fit their players in. Ole swaps formation or style of play on a weekly basis and there is no pattern at all to their play.
