First of all, check your assets.

Make sure you're fully capable of supporting your partner when the time is right.

Ensure they are clean, stable-minded, and without a criminal record.

And when things turn bad, ask them if they're willing to work with a third party.

Really good, keep em coming.

interesting... looks like Mel is basically recouping the money for the stadium purchase from them?

I don't know how you got that from those documents. Both documents are the same and mostly look to be standard contract between a borrower and lender. There's nothing specific in it relating to Derby or anything. Just legalese regarding payments owed and the lender requesting their money back.

The first document mentions pride park stadium so just an assumption.

Tell you what, investment news couldn't have come at a better time. The club and the season really need this spark right now.

If you think about the past decade at DCFC, it's swung from

2009-2014: Stability (with Clough) but no money

2015-2019: Money with no stability

If Mel's really got his perfect partner then it's potentially world altering news for DCFC. Could finally see some stability and money.

It changes the lense we see everything through, particularly this season. It's far from over but if we don't make the play-off's then it's still a massive plus that we'll have completed a season with a manager who's going ton be here next season. Hasn't happened in years and the squad desperately needs it.

Could be totally unrelated, but I noticed there was a new charge (mortgage) created on the stadium and the surrounding land back in November, with the money fronted by Rams Investment Limited - a new company set-up in October and owned by Swiss hedge fund owner, Henry Gabay.

Brilliant work.

Anyone know the difference between GELLAW NEWCO 202 and GELLAW NEWCO 204? Which one owns the ground? Which owns the club? They both have charges pertaining to Rams Investment Limited lending us money.

The first answer is definitely 2. Sorry I can’t help with the other two questions.

Absolutely no chance that this is any vindication of his trolling.

That’s good then. Aslong as any gullible people on here now know you know nothing. ?

I appreciate the above makes no sense, but he'd be incredibly lucky to pull a Turkish delight from his arse with no knowledge!

Especially considering the size of it!
