As long as one of Ravel or Lawrence performs 8/10 in every game, we have a good chance of winning.

Harsh, yes, but sometimes the harshest decisions can be the most fruitful ones.
I think if he continues in the position, he’ll get all the encouragement and support he warrants.
But I wouldn’t blame the new ownership group if they went in a different direction should we end up in League 1.
I think it sends a horrific and disgusting message out to any member of the playing or coaching staff if we treated Rooney so despicably after his commitment to our cause.
when we look at basket case clubs treating managers like poo, we always hope they fail, like Watford, and get what they deserve. Binning off Rooney without him ever having a chance to build his own team, would be a treacherous snake act and Derby would deserve to suffer.

"Electric Dreams" on Amazon Prime. Utterly superb - a series of films based upon the works of Philip K Dick.
Wanted to watch but wasn’t free ?

How can I be quoting passages which were never said when you yourself have just quoted it. Please find someone else to argue with or am I the only person that hasn’t blocked you.
You could get a job with one of the tabloids with that skill of taking part of a statement and misrepresentation of it! ?

I see we still owe Chelsea £135k, presumably money owing for loan fees for Mount/Tomori. Would the fee for Dylan Williams not have repaid this?
This highlights a lack of competence more than anything. Before Administration, our last dealing with Chelsea was selling them Lampard and Morris, why all deals weren’t concluded then is beyond me!!

Binge-watched am excellent little series in iPlayer last night called The Responder. I vaguely recall someone mentioning it here and the difficulty the main character (played by Martin Freeman) has in blurry lines of conduct. Had me gripped

I must be the only one who is encouraged by that statement (or, perhaps, not discouraged by the statement). They could have said we’ve had no bids and we’re going to be liquidated. It’s all very long winded and frustrating, but at least for now - and things can change - they’re still positive it will get sorted. Can’t ask for more than that! ??
The quicker they pull the plug, the quicker their cashcow stops producing milk. It’s in their interest to drag this out a few thousand hours!

Well we have shown we have funds to last the season so I dont see why not.
You can’t refuse to pay your debts but then spend money on players!

Percy at least reliably relates what EFL tell him. Nixon tends to garble everything whatever the source, but it usually also comes from EFL, as you say.

Really? Because it’s seems if you had multiple bids then Quantuma might have something more for the EFL than a bag of excuses.
Whatever happens the lack of communication is absolutely disgraceful. You fans, the EFL, your creditors all deserve to know what’s happening.
I imagine all bids have been massively undercut on the asking price. All bidders being carpet-bagging chancers.

I really miss the Green Un. I was in photos printed in it about 4 times a year for about 10 years, and at least every other week for scoring.
I wish I'd kept them all. It was also great for finding which teams your ex team-mates were playing in.
Most of is was pre-printed during the afternoon and then the latest scores added as a rush at 4:50pm, they were sometimes still warm and damp when bundled and out.

I hope we stay up, stick two fingers up to the carpet-bagger Ashley, as his involvement has been a bigger hindrance than help right now.
IN that time, hope Appleby and co can get their act together and take the club.

But it was OK to rally the troops to spend money on extra tickets and food in the ground.
Asking fans to be fans is something to hold against them?

Because that funding is to see out the fixtures, not pay off debts. You cannot take on more debt, which by giving out contracts, you will be committing to. In real terms, we should be paying our bills first.
