  1. I think Derby fans need to realise and accept that Quantuma (or any other nominated administrator) is not here to serve the interests of the club, staff or supporters and never have been.

Get this into your head and stop working yourselves up into a frenzied panic.

Even if they seal a deal or two that is brilliant for Derby County’s future, they will not be excited about it and nor are they obliged to communicate it.

They shouldn’t be making promises to interested parties that they have to obligations to serve and shouldn’t be committing to updates they have no interest in providing. But let’s be clear, they’re here to milk the club whilst trying to spend the club’s money.

How the club ends up is not their concern/problem or focus!

Fella had a pretty remarkable imagination! Doubtless you already know this, but just in case, there's a good few Sci-Fi classics derived from his novels and short stories. Check out Total Recall (1990), Blade Runner (1982) and Minority Report (2002) if you've not already seen them.

Did you see Man in the High castle?

I have never done this and nor would I.

I mean text the missus on a night out, who would do that ?

Reminds me of the good old days, mid-90s in the local, pre mobile phones. When the wives of the regulars used to ring the pub to get their husbands home. One night, the phone rings and the wife of my mate Paul told him to get home now, or she’d “drive his car down there and drive it through the front and crush him!”, his response had us laughing for years, “put ya foot down Karen, I’m playing Darts in the lounge!” ??

the lounge was at the back of the pub.

I'm planning on a wee break in Cyprus to spend a bit of time with a Rams Fan in exile (my son, who serves in the RAF over there).

He bimbles around the island in a different Rams shirt every day, much like I did in the 90's when I was posted over there ?

Hope you get to the club shop before you visit. You can take him some of the training gear, he might not have seen it.

Do you think what he's done is worse than racism?

How can I tell without comparing the two?

Or do you think it was a genuine question and doesn't have an opinion? He would like to be informed?

I watched the full interview, and my opinion his that he was interested in the reactions not the actions.

    I read the transcript.

"So do you think what he's done is worse than racism?" Antonio asked. "I am not condoning a thing that he's done. I don't agree with what he's done at all.

"But there's people that's convicted — been caught — for racism and has played football afterwards. They got punished, they got an eight-game punishment or something like that. But people are now calling for people to be sacked from their livelihood.

"I've just got to ask this question to everyone out there: Is what he's done worse than what the people have done that got convicted of racism?"

Okay, so where is he comparing? There’s more to the interview than that. He’a actually referring to the reaction of people calling for Zouma to be sacked etc. you’ve picked a snippet of an interview.

Michel Antonio then tried to compare it to racism, baffling. Completely different areas of life. That benefitted nobody.

No he didn’t. I can only guess you didn’t see Antonio’s interview. I suggest you view it. He’s quite clear and concise that he’s not comparing it.

It was very true to the book though, which I'm sure I read you were a fan of.

Maybe that was why it was predictable?

Nah. Not read Reacher. Read a lot of Private Series by James Paterson and have a couple of Alex Cross to read. Read some of the Bourne-related books ages back too.
