Just win ok. Ok. Good.

Three shocking decisions by the referee; the two yellows making the red and Dwight's handball for the penalty.
Derby's football was good in the first half, less so in the second.
We'll take it 🐏
Onwards and upwards!

Done. Good luck.

Warne haters...
We've been over this so many times. But you clearly cannot grasp it and feel you have to surface whenever the first team win a game.
Ok, here it is again, please try to understand it this time....
We do not "hate" Warne.
We just believe he should do better with the squad he has, the resources that he has available and make better use of the academy.
We do not agree with many of his team selections, his tactics or his substitutions.
Yes, we beat a very poor, low lying Port Vale, rah, rah, rah but can you look further than that - at the longer term future of the club?

9th minute of injury time.
Marinakis was on the pitch at the end. Was he one of those getting a red card? Chaos.
You have to feel for them, poor dears.

I guess this kind of belongs here?
I was just about to say "or maybe it belongs on one of the Warne Out threads".

Who would you have played at left back then? Would that have made a better back 4 than the one chosen?
@Ram-Alf has already answered but - yes, Sibley. He has performed well in that position.
But the other points are:
1. We get the best centre back pairing of Nelson and Cashin.
2. We play 4 at the back.
3. We have more attacking options from the wings

I wasn't trying to excuse Wildsmith's stupidity - just pointing out that if Bradley had done his job properly, the situation wouldn't have occurred....
And had Warne done his job properly and stuck with the centre back pairing of Nelson and Cashin in a back 4 that brought all the 'success', then Bradley wouldn't have been in the team....

Don’t be silly. We’ve played well in lots of games. Lots of teams have had periods of poor form. Everyone raved about Portsmouth- they were naff over Xmas. Everyone raved about Peterborough- they’ve dropped off the face of the earth.
Both Derby and Bolton are currently in a mini slump. Not the end of the world. All will look rosy again on Saturday when we batter Port Vale

For a season and a half I was very impressed with Wildsmith but he's faded for a while now.
What he did tonight was just nuts.

There was more of a 'feelgood factor' when we faced extinction.
Being second under Warne, with the dross being served up, is demoralising.
To me, it's not even about results (though they're not what they should be against poorer league one squads), it's about entertaining football.
This is a long way removed from that.

From 60 minutes on it looked like we had 9 men with zero shape.
Correction: 10 minutes on.
Charlton the better team after the opening exchanges.
Wildsmith - mad, mad bamford.
Warne - out of his depth. Nice man, bobble hat, yeah, yeah, yeah. This is a good squad for League One - we should perform better, play better, get better results.
Second - for now. We should be strolling.
