Just looked and I can't start a poll either.
Polls give the silent majority a voice.
I guess we had too many Warne in/out votes.

We're rounding the final bend and entering the home straight. Ok, not quite but we're over half way through.
Will we get automatic promotion, have to settle for the playoffs or - heaven forbid - miss out altogether again and face another season in League One?
My fear is that Bolton and Posh will get the autos, leaving us to battle it out in the play offs.
[Aside: have polls been turned off? I was going to make this a poll.]

They should have rigged the draw so Maidstone got Man Citeh who were still in the pot.

It would have been fun watching Osgood and Charlie George in the same team. We signed an Osgood but he wasn't as good as the other Osgood.

Constructive criticism?
Like fans calling for him to go despite winning 11 in 16?
The criticism is for the style of play, the tactics, the team selection, often not reacting to the way a game is panning out.
Even with the budget caps, we are well resourced in this league, the attendances are high and the squad is one of the best in the division.
"Won 11 in 16".
I'm reminded about Revie asking Clough how he could improve Leeds because "Brian, last season we only lost three games".
Clough replied "by only losing two".
Maybe if our performances had been better, we'd be winning more than "11 in 16".

Of course, he doesn't deserve vitriol (nobody does) but he does warrant constructive criticism.
Don't confuse the two.

Lol, yeah, let's play football and lose, we'll all feel better about that won't we?!
Is this still a DCFC forum?
What?
Let's get this straight. We've got one of the best squads, best support, best resources in a tin pot league - we're near the top because of that, not because of Warne's management and style of play.
With decent management, we'd be cruising, getting results while still playing decent, entertaining football.
Would you feel better about watching this dross just because of us getting enough results that put us in with a good chance of the play offs?

Graeme Shinnie would be good, still only 32.

The team are not coached to have any control. Another midfielder will not help if Warne continues to employ the tactics he wants us to play football.
I say football. It’s pinball. Players must be being encouraged to move it as forward as quickly as possible, taking no more than 3 touches. Chaotic, gas out type football.
I thought we might go up with our squad automatically, even with him in charge. I am beginning to think not.
That's bad in two ways:
1. I agree with your assessment
2. I agree with you

The last £300k signing from Charlton that I recall led to me missing the school xmas disco to watch his debut!
Ended up with neither of us scoring that night! 🙄
EDIT:
To be fair, I wasn't quite 14 at the time, so there was more chance of him scoring than me... or was there! 🤣Actually, there are better photos that I should have used but, if nothing else, it will start another conversation about the badge.

But...but... Wildsmith has never played for Rotherham and doesn't have much of a beard.
Where do you think we'll finish this season?

And living down here and knowing a few Pompey fans, if we were to lose to them in the playoffs, it would send me into hiding.
