Mel boy give it a rest. He said he'd keep funding the club until he managed to find a buyer and then he stopped funding the club, so yet again just another false statement from the bloke. Now we can have a pointless discussion as to whether he'd reached a point where he was struggling to fund the losses as none of us know one way or the other. But putting the club into administration is by definition walking away from the situation. There is literally no other way you can put it. 
On his attempts to sell the club, he was still according to the Al-Jazeera documentary asking for 100 million all in, and 50 million for club minus the stadium. That is not the sale price of a man desperate to sell up, but rather the actions of a businessman looking to secure as much money as possible for a second division club. If he wanted out 2 years ago are you really telling me he couldn't have found a consortium who wanted to buy the club for a couple of quid?

As I say, not all Derby fans wish to talk with Forest fans, that's not why they joined this forum so when they are in a match topic discussing a defeat and you have a Forest fan coming on taking the pee, that usually leads to all kinds of profanity which then a mod has to clean up.
I haven't just sat here and thought what new rule can I randomly create, it's been done for a reason. The alternative which is being considered is an away fans board on the forum. If they don't like it, they shouldn't have had a little more respect for where they were, their fault, not mine.

Can't remember the last time I used a cash point, or even carried cash on me.
Would speed up the service no end, contactless is so quick and easy, doesn't make sense to have young staff messing around with change whilst trying to serve hundreds of fans in a short space of time.

As @RoyMac5 said above, you end up kinda transfixed to it and its only later you think that maybe I shouldn't have watched that.
 
They are quick to cut away when a 'fan' runs onto the pitch - to the point where I can't remember the last time I saw one.  Keep returning to close ups of Eriksen when he was clearly in trouble was irresponsible.  The first minute or so was understandable, he could have just fainted etc but continuing to try to get angles of CPR through players legs and close-ups of his wife crying was taking things to far and common sense should have prevailed earlier. 
I don't particularly want to dwell on it further other than to say that it gave me an appreciation for the medical staff and the players who went above and beyond in upsetting circumstances. 

They’ve finally made it then, thanks to Bournemouth stupidity. Still stand by every word I said at the time.

We have gone from 23rd to 17th in four weeks. Yes, we are on an upward curve at the moment. We have won 8 and drawn 4 in our 16 games under Rooney - the kind of results that a team in 3rd or 4th would produce. Yes, our form is fantastic. None of this I would dispute. 
Huddersfield, Birmingham and Coventry have indeed gone careering down the table, but Forest, Rotherham and Sheff Wed have been getting good results by and large. If you don’t think 16-17 games is enough time for things to change, then that’s your prerogative.
All I am saying is a little bit of caution is needed. You are saying that we won’t become poor overnight, but we’ve both watched Derby over the last 13 years in the Championship and seen it happen not only to ourselves but to many teams down the years.
A team’s form or confidence can very well turn on its head with one result or change of circumstance. Teams can go from the sublime to the ridiculous very easily in this division.
Watford will be an awkward game. They are favourites given their strong home form and their current form in general. Who knows if we can spring a surprise? Never say never.
It’s a big week ahead. Watford away is in my opinion a free hit, but Huddersfield and Forest are two pressure cooker games. Some are saying we are no longer in danger. What if Huddersfield and Forest do a job on us and come away with 1-0 wins just like Rotherham did?
The relegation picture could look totally different 10 days from now. We have to hope that we come out on the other side in a position of strength. But history shows us Derby County don’t do straightforward, hence my worries.

I feel dirty. I cheated on RamsTV and went with the NowTV Bonus Stream. One camera. No replays, not even of the goals. Standard resolution. No Owen, no Shane, no Bobby Davison. But, otherwise, it was ok.
