I can’t wait for this. I loved it today, I didn’t realise how much I’d missed going to PP. I think we’ll win 1 or 2-0, our defence should be solid.

RIP Randy Meisner. The high note at the end is incredible - love his little smile at the end after he nails it.

Very sad to hear the news about Randy Meisner passing. My Dad was a huge Eagles fan and got me into them. Randy was a great bassist and vocalist. His high note at the end of Take it to the Limit is incredible! Sad day.

Worth saying I thought Fozzy had a good game as well. He will definitely do a job when called upon this season. I hope he really enjoyed the day.

I’m on holiday in Bali, it’s 22:18, I’m tipsy and watching Derby. I couldn’t be happier, unless Margot Robbie was feeding me dry roasted nuts and wearing a very tight Derby shirt.

It’s such a shame he isn’t playing in Fozzy’s testimonial. Presume it’s because he’s training with another club. If Warne was remotely interested and Chrissy wanted to come home, you’d imagine he’d be taking a look at him.

Really wish i could make this but we’re on holiday. Hope Fozzy gets the love he deserves, what a guy.

Nice. When / where are the Franks playing? I’d love to see them again.

And is the Eagles tribute Talon? I saw them years ago and seeing them again later this year. I’m partial to a good tribute band, saw The Southmartins last month and they were excellent, the guy’s got Paul Heaton to a tee.

Sad to see him go, but it feels like the right time. He stayed around last season when he could have looked for a move, I’d like to think because he wanted to help us get straight back up, but he doesn’t want to spend another season in League 1. He’s been a credit to the club during his time here, all the best Jason.

Really pleased with this, he’s got bags of potential and seems to have a great attitude. I wonder if we might loan him out to get experience if we bring in cover, as he isn’t likely to play regularly unless injuries really bite.

Edit - just seen there’s another thread with potential loan chit chat on it.
