  1. £150k is not 50% of our transfer budget. We've been told that there was budget available and since then have received fees for Bielik and Knight. I'd go so far as saying that £150k being 10% of our transfer budget is conservative too, but probably a lot closer to what Warne actually has available to use if he wishes to.

Wayna sounds like a girl's name

His name is Wanya. Not sure on how ITK that account is but it’s always fun to have a new name linked.

Made his senior debut for Leicester in FA Cup last season. Plays on either wing or in the 10 role (according to transfermarkt), but doesn’t have the strongest goals/assists per game ratio even at that level.

Be interested to see if we are to bring in a couple of wild card loans, but looking at the numbers (not always the best indicator I know) I think I’d prefer us to have another season with Dobbin.

It is brilliant we have kept the category one status but in reality who have we actually produced?

Will Hughes is a bit part player for Palace and he was probably our best rated academy product. Even going back 20 years we produced Chris Riggott but he never got past Middlesbrough, who were a mid table premier league team.

The academy is seen as hugely important but have we really seen any benefits from it. It doesn’t help us in the here and now. It may help us in five years time but I doubt it. Any potential top class player will be poached (Delap and Gordon).

We have produced enough players to launch careers for several professional players, which is the main point of an academy. Not everyone is going to be the next Messi.

The club obviously sees the long term benefit to producing young players, not just for the DCFC first team, but to give youngsters the start in the professional game and chances elsewhere in the football pyramid. Just because we haven't produced many Premier League regulars, doesn't mean there is no value.

It's a tool for the future, so no need to dwell on the past (even though it has produced a team that won PL2 and more than matched up against some top European club academies). I always look forward to the youth team fixtures to see who the next player to break through might be.

It is okay it would look better with out flaming red on it. I think this one wont sell that much with negative comments with red on it. It would looked better with blue on it instead.

I think this is one of the first negative comments about the use of red I've seen. To be fair, I've skim read a couple of the later pages, but the people who aren't happy seem to be more concerned with sponsor colours, umbro laziness, asymmetric collar etc.

This one will sell well, and when we get auto promotion back to the Championship while wearing it, it will go down in Derby folklore as a classic 😉

Imagine seeing 250k for a proven goal scorer in the league as a gamble, considering a couple years ago we spent around 25+mil 1 season.

The fall from Grace is scary.

    🙃🙃🙃

Collins was a proven goalscorer at this level. Would you say that he is worth £250k currently?

Any signing in this league is a gamble. The better players tend to be at teams further up the ladder. Funny how that works

Arsenal spending £170m on two players who haven’t improved their best XI.

    Crazy.

I’m not that up to date but with July and pre-season approaching, I haven’t seen Luton sign anyone of note yet.

Rice will improve Arsenals first XI, not sure on Havertz or where he will fit in their system. However, both improve the squad quality overall which is where Arsenal fell apart in the latter stages of last season. A couple of injuries to key players and the replacements weren’t good enough to sustain the title push.

3 clubs allegedly in for him now, Bristol City, Stoke and Ipswich. Knight’s comments in the post match interview @Animal is a Ram shared are interesting, shows he’s as receptive to staying here and being part of the project moving for as he might be to a transfer.

I'd like to think he can see the intent with the recent activity and stick with us this summer, unless there is interest from a team who will be challenging for promotion in the Championship or a team in the Prem that can give him some playing time.

No, read again….I said go back. You are so gullible 🤣

You're a broken record mate. I read what you wrote, but I'm still sure you have a record of everything Big Trav says and probably keep a diary of what he eats and how firms his 💩s are.

    Keep up the good work...

What more does stones need to do to be in that bracket? Every time I watch him he's excellent. There are not many central defenders better than him.

He needs to be consistent across the whole season and be the main bedrock in the City defence. The fact that he's been moved to full-back and DM for City this season shows that he's a good and versatile player, but not first choice at CB against Akanji, Dias, Ake and Laporte - obviously they are excellent too. Out of the the City CBs I would call Reuben Dias World Class, with Akanji having potential to be.

Maybe I have set my expectations of what "World Class" is higher, but you need to be in the top 10/20 players in the world in that position for me and he isn't there right now.

I was going to go back and highlight all his ITK factual statements that were totally wrong but I can’t be arsed. If people are gullible enough to believe he has contacts that’s their problem, not mine.

Sure you have them all saved somewhere. You're obsessed! 😂
