Money is the problem when it comes to attracting players. Have you missed the last couple of years?

Yes I'm sure McGoldrick, Hourihane, Jagielka, Mendez-Laing, etc etc all signed because of the huge wages we were offering...

One criticism I would have of today is that why have players like Brown on the bench if you aren't going to chuck him on to try and get a goal. Just off the back of scoring 5 in one game, whatever standard that is, he's going to be full of confidence. Sometimes there's games like today where you just need one to go in off someone's backside, so he'd have been a good backside for it to go in off.

I think Warney does miss the odd trick or two with his substitutions or lack of them and with the timing of them….at times…

I think today showed we're lacking depth - not surprising when we have a whole bench worth of players unavailable: Rooney, Nyambe, Forsyth, Fornah, Smith, Waghorn, and Washington. Blackett-Taylor and a centre forward to add to the mix too.

With a full squad available, we would have freshened up our front line today, which would have carried us over the line. The important thing is we keep picking up points and stay within touching distance of the top 2. We'll then regain consistency when more players are back.

These are good points. Having Foz and Nyambe makes a big difference, for example Wilson gets further forward. Washington would be another good option going forward. Fornah made a good start but seems to have lost the plot, not sure what’s going on there.

I can understand the reasons behind it. It's incredibly tight at the top, so if we bring on someone unproven and then lose the game, he would regret it more.

I would still rather be more positive and try to win the game, accepting that on odd occasions you'll get caught out and lose, but I see the reasoning for not doing that. Every point is going to matter. Our away form this season has been amazing, so a draw away at Lincoln isn't the end of the world.

Some nice moments from Fornah, but some utter garbage thrown in. Cannot trust him at present.

But we didn't though? That's like saying if we didn't concede last gasp goals against Portsmouth, Wycombe and Peterborough we'd be 3 points clear of second with a game in hand. It's pointless criticising the team with hypothetical situations that didn't happen.

I went to the hospital yesterday and saw the doctor, He asked me what was my problem, I told him I was walking down the pavement and one of those electric scooters whizzed by me, Yes but did it hit you, No I replied but it nearly did, I was escorted out of the hospital by security 😁

Indeed. But not sure what your point is. My reply was to someone saying that the reason young players are not signing in this transfer window is Warne. None of the players you listed fit that particular demographic.
