No doubting Max’s ability but the way we moved up the pitch when Smith came on and it being a home game makes you ? Or is it Max pulling strings in a game like this and making a killing ? Millenniumram Posted August 30, 2022 Share Posted August 30, 2022 Had to give Loach his debut tonight really - got to give him a fair chance to play at some point, even though he came here in the full knowledge that he is very much emergency cover. No better opportunity than the EFL Trophy really. Is a bit concerning having him in there though, given the level he’s been playing at before moving here. Hopefully he’s not tested too much.
