CK has done what he thinks is right so the creditors get 35% and we start next season on a level playing field, whilst minimising his initial outlay.  He’ll also have money coming in over 3 years to help pay creditors.

You seem to be advocating MA paying less, giving the creditors even less and us starting on -15 points and facing a relegation battle?

Do I? Where have I said that?

YOU like to point the finger and accuse, when all we Derby fans want is a credible new owner to go forward with.

Q need to move forward with the sale, today should have been the last deadline for ck.

Ck pays up by 5pm today, or Q dismisses him from being in the running to buy the club. Failure to provide funding.

We then move forward with MA.

Why is it so hard for Q to do this.

I know they've removed the preferred bidder status from ck, but in itself, that doesn't seem like it's enough.

So acxept a bad deal for creditors, take 15 points and deal with someone who refuses to pay their fees.

I can't understand why they've not been tempted

Any bad deal for creditors will be left last minute, for as long as nobody has exclusivity anything could happen at any point.

i do feel like this will drag on until the very last deadline that is set because nobody wants to take a haircut. hopefully we dont actually miss that one.

If it got to that point then if they didn't accept lower fees what would the creditors get?
