People should realise Clowes is the real deal.
Takeover will happen.

I think the worry is more “what has Mel done now?”
Knowing our luck Erik Alonso owns the training pitches and BZN own the changing rooms. And CK had an illegal helipad on the car park.

Yes, but that's not really relevant when you've got fake accounts making up false information, that are then being shared on here without any consideration.

People will glance at it and it'll set them off. It really isn't difficult to check the account before posting.

Ok fair enough.

Build new training pitches on the nature reserve behind the ground and turn Moor Farm into a nature reserve.

Be better to move Costco elsewhere and turn that area into a new training ground. Traffic round there is horrendous and that's with road improvements.

Wtf is wrong with planners? No sodding clue.

Anyone else wondering if the hold up on the training ground (if that is the hold up of course) is because Clowes is a property development company and additional /strengthened covenants have been requested by the landlord?

I'd be surprised if the existing lease doesn't require the Freeholder's approval for any proposed development on the land already. A negotiation over rent seems plausible however.

Perhaps we should sue them for incompetence ?

Perhaps “we” might well do.
But “we” need someone in charge first, other than employees of Quantuma themselves, as “they” are currently “we”!  ?

What genius planned the new M&S?
You think it’s bad now? Wait til Xmas shopping.

True - But the problem is access to Costco and specifically the petrol station.

Remove that and most of the roundabout blockages will disappear.

Yes but the longer we have to wait the less chance of any decent players being left to have
