Elwood P Dowd Posted November 13, 2021 Share Posted November 13, 2021 (edited) I don’t think you can appeal twice, the EFL would almost certainly deem the appeal by the Administrators as an appeal by the Club and any subsequent appeal by the club, even under new ownership, as a second appeal.
