Mick Harford
Hopefully the EFL are sat rubbing their hands with glee at how much they have been able to destabilise the whole club. richinspain, Ted McMinn Football Genius and Dordogne-Ram

I doubt it's their hands they're rubbing, but I don't doubt their hands are rubbing another part of their anatomy. Crewton

Seriously though looked nervous and hardly surprising .. such a huge moment for the lad and great that Rooney brought him on to sample the victory celebrations and atmosphere. England Ram
Hardly surprising the under 23’s have struggled when the first team has taken so many of their top players to keep us going this year. MorleyRam
Jack Thompson away with England u16 again. He’s been in 5 out of 6 camps this season and the one he missed looks like they appeared to be looking at 3 completely different keepers. Some talent we seem to have on our books, sadly doubt it will be long before he goes. I saw that Man City, Man Utd, Tottenham and Chelsea are all interested

Naughty James
The "academy" should be our primary focus now. If we get that right it'll be like two fingers up to the EFL as we get back to the "Premier League" with home grown talent. The club should seriously consider linking up with an academy like "Esprit Football Academy". We could use their links with top clubs like Barcelona, Man Utd, Real Madrid etc and "poach" the best players as we'd guarantee them more playing time and they'd get to be coached by a "legend' like Rooney. It's also ran by Dave Cowling who once knocked Weeds Utd out of the League cup ? Edited April 24, 2022 by Naughty James

angieram
Strange. I was just going to say how well we played against a much stronger Spurs side. Agree about the best players, though. RoyMac5
