It was my first ever game too and I glad that the subsequent 46 years of failure are not all down to me!! I'll put out a rallying call dabber. Was this anyone else's first game? I think myself and dabber could still do with sharing the burden a little further. We both already feel better knowing we are not the sole culprits. If anyone could lighten our mental load it would be highly appreciated. dabber

Richard Dastard Lee
I'm 24 hours late but 2 years ago yesterday - 24/9/19 was the Joiners incident. sheffieldram
24 years ago yesterday. One of my favourite all time games. Wednesday 2 Derby 5 at Hillsborough. 8 of us sat in the main stand ( friends and my 2 sons ). Got a little uncomfortable near the end as my sons would not stop jumping up and down when we scored. Followed up a few days later by putting 4 past Southampton at Pride Park. Happy days!!! Jimbo Ram and IslandExile

Missed the first Wednesday goal because of the queues of Derby fans to get in. Didn't DeCanio grab a teammate by the throat? And Nigel Clough played for them. But Wanchope, Baiano, Eranio and....Deon Burton were on fire. Yeah, happy days ? Jimbo Ram and Gritstone Ram

Mucker1884
29/09/2007: 9.09% of our total points were earned on this day... A 1-1 draw at home to Bolton. Points-wise, we were level with Bolton and Spurs after that, on 5 each. Still a whopping 6 more glorious points to celebrate, before the season is out! ? derby8 and IslandExile 1

The one season in the last 20 in the PL so just one PL win in the last 20 seasons. A potential buyer though would be planning and expecting Derby back in the PL sometime, and there to stay. But will take a while... Edited September 29, 2021 by derby8 Mucker1884
