Another point on the board. Anyone who expected goals to suddenly start flying in without some attacking signings, were being very optimistic. We simply don’t have much in the attacking areas.

If there is money too spend in January, there’s no time to mess about. Get deals done early.

Loads of chances? 5 mins at the end of the game isn't a chance, and he's barely had that recently. Rooney himself, Lawrence and Holmes don't get subbed off after 20 when they're not playing well, yet the young player does..

He didn't look interested, he didn't seem to get out of second gear and if he wasn't doing what he was told then yes take him off. Question should be, should he have been brought on in the first place ?

Frustrating watch last 15 minutes, too many changes, disrupting the flow a bit. Had the beating of them today, shows you how average the league is.

Thought Bielik, and Juzwiak were good in fits & starts. Knight MOM for me, never stopped running and trying to push us forward, need a couple more of his ilk. Not sure what was up with Whittaker, but Rooney’s shot himself in the foot now, as he’s probably just crushed what little confidence the lad had. With Waghorn, Ibe & Sibley available to replace Lawrence he never should’ve been put on in the first place.

But hey, it’s another point. Just gotta find a few goals between now and the new year

I’ve got no problem with the subs although I might have preferred stretton instead of Ibe.

bird and Whittaker deserved to come off. Whittaker too languid, too casual. Bird not required. Over hitting his corners and blazing over again. We just can’t find a cutting edge,

Trying to look for the positives but it's hard .  Defensivly stronger.

Wycome first half, three quarters of the game against Coventry, 90% today- 2 goals . The home record is shocking.  Draws won't change the picture  .  We can start Bird and Bielik.  Bird is just Butterfield light.  He has such little influence on anything. Put Knight in there and Sibley as the 10.  Even Jozwiak who keeps coming inside anyway.  We have to get on the front foot more and make life difficult for defences.

No? You put on a young player for a small amount of time in which he has to get up to speed with players already on the pitch, and then you drag him off 20 minutes later. It's poo management and it's going to trash his confidence.

What's the cut off point?

He played from 33min to 69min.  I make that 36mins + 1st half added time.  Not quite "20 minutes later"!

We need a proper striker. We better have one coming in on Jan 2nd. It will be scandalous if not, we’ve have over 6 months to find one and negotiate a deal. It just needs to happen.

A CB would be helpful too but at the moment we a really hard to beat and score against. We need someone to stick them in the other end now.

If Boris is in charge of recruitment, we'll wait until after lunch on News Years Day to have a look who's available.
