We have an average to above average squad on paper. Keogh and Martin could not be replaced. Tactics do not work. We cannot score. Other teams always good for a goal against us. I forecast 2-0 loss today. It gives me no joy. Best players playing so badly for a long time. Some players inexplicably seem to get worse when they come here. Zayed was probably going to change the manager anyway. Big Sam on one year rolling contract would be fine.

NottsRammy
We will deffo be relegated , you cant change confidence and a losing mentality just like that . And we cant have a major clearout just like that because of FFP . Like some posts have said we need a strong manager that can sort this out and have a strong chat with a certain individual and ask him does he want to go or buck his ideas up and actually be a leader or go back to the roulette table and a glass of whiskey. Rammed79
I think there is plenty of time to get out of this but we need to start now so show Cocu and Rosenoir the door and get someone in who can get results .
Derbados
It’s evident there is a toxic atmosphere in and around the club, the players body language absolutely screams it. Honestly, I think we need to get rid of Rooney, it’s obvious he’s contractually obliged to play every game unless injured, and that must not sit well with the majority of the squad who get taken out the team so he can waddle around the pitch getting completely bypassed by the opposition. i genuinely think we need a Pulis / Cook / Allardyce style appointment to get us out of this mess and keep us in this division. It won’t be pretty or inspiring, but it’ll work, you can forget any notion of playoffs / promotion this season, this is now about survival, no doubt about it. So, 1.Get rid of Cocu and his coaching staff tonight, 2. Bring in a championship specialist that will very rapidly start getting results ASAP so they can work with the players over the international break 3. Get this bloody takeover done and dusted either way so there are no more distractions 4. conduct a full review and audit of this football club and create a sustainable long term identity

deanoakaram4life
Paul Cook for me. And not just a 1 year rescue job. He would show passion and get us heading in the right direction. Not the most glamorous name, but neither is Chris Wilder and he got the Blades up!

KBB
Sack cocu. Hopefully get the club energised again like mac did taking over from clough. Loads of games left but we need to break the cycle and get results and points. Worrying times.
Highgate
The Rooney experiment was worth the risk but it hasn't worked out. He has been poor ever since football returned after the lockdown at the end of last season. Arguably our best performances this season were when Rooney was isolating. Is he really undropable due to contractual/financial reasons? It's hard to imagine any serious club agreeing to such a deal. Assuming that Cocu will now be sacked are people really willing to consider Rooney as his replacement? There is absolutely no reason to believe he would capable of doing a competent job. Rooney needs to benched as a player and overlooked as a potential manager in my opinion.
