Better performance with Jozwiak in attack, but another poor result. It’s still the same old problems, piss poor defending of crosses. Really can’t see how things are going to get any better.

A new left back that prefers to hold his position and mark his man is a good place to start ??

that will shut you up!

No it won't. He scored an easy chance, fine, he was still ducking terrible in the first half, and for every other game this season. I know he's not the answer to our problems, and a consolation goal vs Luton doesn't change that.

There are green shoots in that 2nd half performance. Our previous games deserved criticism but get the injured players back, a couple  more signings and that 2nd half will create wins. Sickened as anyone to lose like that but we need to carry that performance into the next game.

I've got huge respect for Craig Forsyth but ACLs in both knees have caught up with him, the guy gives 100% but we need better. Ibe, targetman striker on permanents and a good left back on loan and we will improve.

Losing habit hard to break. We keep doing the same things - and nothing changes.

Byrne and Jozwiak looked good additions.

I do't entirely agree.

Yes, obviously disappointed and not great but much improved on Reading and Preston so, somethings are changing (just not the results yet).

Clarke's fault. Forsyth had gone past him with a runner and Clarke was in the LB position. Ball goes wide and he comes inside as an extra CB. Having no LW doesn't help.

Much better performance all round though. We are a CF short of being a top ten team

Clarke could see where Fozzy was, he was supposed to drop in and fill left back, 100% Clarke's fault that man was free.

Both full back positions costing goals today

Eh?

How was the first anything but a goalkeeper error?

Forsyth switches off. The second goal is largely down to him. He should not be inside Clarke from that cross.

But before the game a lot of posters said they wanted a better performance.

We made more good crosses today than in the previous three games combined.

A proper CF would have buried a couple.

We have just forgotten how to win and each week 3-4 play okay and the rest are average.

Today we were just a bit off a good performance.

44 games to go. Keep the razor blades on hold.

Disappointing result but lots more positives

Please share said positives ... Cos im ducking Struggling to find any

tactics ... wrong yet again from the start

tempo ... none existent

goal threat .. minimal

defence .. concede chances with invariably leads to goals .. only barrow ... somehow have failed to score against us

slight improvement second half .. and perhaps unlucky to lose it but when u serve up such a poo show first half ... yet again it’s hard to argue how much we actually deserved from that

please don’t say JHI got some game time .... Cos that really is clutching at straws

Rooney hasn’t improved us since the return of football after the lockdown.

Slow, unfit, error prone and snatches at chances like he’s stern john not England’s greatest goal scorer.

Roll on Bielik back from injury. Hopefully Buchanan impresses in training and we get a new striker in.

If anyone thinks there was positives in that game against a poor championship team currently on a nick blackman esque purple patch of good results then they need a wet palm slap to the fod,  jozwiak looked good but we still have no teeth going forward passing it out of play for goal kicks and losing it in our own half and being unable to stop a cross to save our life , we need way more than just a striker and winger , our defence is kak, its not even wrist slashing anymore its borderline head decapitation time Jesus watching us play is painful ?

We are five players short of a top 20 team.
