The club and Cocu have both been extremely vocal about getting some signings made for next season. Not even the same kind of 'within the financial constraints' that we've heard before.

I don't expect us to go crazy spending this summer but certainly there's the suggestion that we could be making some real additions this year rather than the late race for poor loans (Dowell, Paterson etc)

I think Cocu must be breathing a sigh of relief that the season is finally over and were still (tribunal result pending)  in the Championship. If you were a thriller writer this season would have provided you with enough plots for half dozen books.

We begin we his last minute appointment, going into the season with little preparation with signings scouted by the previous management team being signed in a panic at the last minute.

Then came the fateful Christmas party meaning he lost 3 players for long period (included his captain and best defender for the whole season).

We then out of blue we sign an 'experienced' ex-England captain thanks to Betting company. To annoyance of the other clubs.

Coronavirus then hits us all for six and football stops and re-starts with no supporters lead to financial problems for clubs.

Out of necessity and through lack of bodies we start throwing youngsters into 1st team. They find thier feet and results take an up turn. We move to the fringes of the playoff's. Expectation increases.

Then low behold our centre half gets stabbed and miss's the rest of the season.

We start playing the better teams and result falter and were back to mid-table.

The season ends but the spectre of relegation still hangs over us with the impending result of FL tribunal.

(I think I got everything)

One things for sure it can't get much worse for Cocu next season can it (perhaps not tempt fate).

Don’t forget the record, and only, (permanent) signing getting an ACL injury.

We won’t lose the tribunal, but if by some miracle we did, we could even survive a 15 point deduction and be in this league so I don’t think we need to worry. Be more damaging if they gave us one next year.

Record signing getting injured for the season in a ressie game he was only playing in because he was sent off stupidly

This, never seen our keepers Improve as much under a coach as much as Pascals tenure

In June 2015, Zuberbühler joined Derby County as a goalkeeping coach.[20] He left in March 2017 when new manager Gary Rowett placed Kevin Poole in his position.[21] In November that year, he was hired as a goalkeeping specialist for FIFA.[22]

*sob* WTF!
