I want our next manager to not be a yes man and isn't afraid to say no to Mel...this man is my shout for manager.

What exactly do you want the new manager to say no to though? Doesn’t matter if you’re at Barca, Grimsby or Derby, you all need to be on the same script, working as a team. Please enlighten me what a yes man is and what we’re looking for in a no man as it sounds pretty absurd at the minute.

To be honest I'm not overly fussed. All I want is better football, a clear out of the old pensioners, bring in some fresh young faces with potential and sprinkling of academy places utilised.

whoever can do that get them in

not too much to ask is it?

I guess he's already been mentioned but Derby could do a hell of a lot worse than get Paul Cook from Wigan.

He loves a beer but he wouldn't be the first at Derby. The football would be a darn sight more attractive too,

Still love him in Chesterfield, especially given what's happened since he left.
