I can't imagine that we will look overseas, so it'll be a manager from the Football League or someone with experience in this division.

In order of preference:

1) Nathan Jones

2) Dean Smith

3) Mark Warburton

4) Paul Cook

I’m not gonna use google, I’m just gonna say “Whoooooooooo???????”

Paul Simpson with John Eustace as assistant

John Eustace has done a good job at Kidderminster and is a great prospect with the kind of character I'd love to see back at the club.  If we could lure him as assistant with a more senior manager then it could be a shrewd move with a ready made future replacement

Yeah said the same to my mate earlier... I want Smith and I think it'll be Mick McCarthy.

It will serve some on here right if it turns out to be McCarthy.

I’d like Jokanovic here. His teams play good football - we could swoop on Sunday all being well. If not him, then Steve Bruce who will be available should Villa fail.

Is that the same Jokanovic who has been linked to the Chelsea job. Can deffo seem him coming here - a team in a much worse position than the one he has now nevermind the ones he is linked with.

The same way Pearson & RowRAT did?

True enough, but perhaps Mel realises the errors he has made?

I would be very surprised if he appointed Allardyce, O'Neill, McCarthy or anyone of that ilk.

It would suggest that he has learned nothing.
