At the end of the year promise me something based on what I spend. Nothing else is needed, it just crowds my brain space and doesn’t incentivise me. Why don’t they just say ‘here, you do this for me’ or ‘I’m leaving this on your desk for you to do’. It’s dressing an order up to make you feel like you’re doing them a favour.
